Debuting in 2021 with the EP Trying To Get By, The Joel Affair’s third five-song collection, Lo & Behold, co-produced with James McKenty (Blue Rodeo, Terra Lightfoot, Cuff The Duke) is another short but sweet set from the recording project of Ontario singer/songwriter Joel Phair. The Joel Affair blends power pop and Americana with meticulous production to create a sound that follows in the footsteps of modern masters such as Jeff Tweedy and Craig Finn.
